• All donations and sponsorship payments made on our website do not require any physical delivery.
• Donors receive an email confirmation immediately after a successful transaction.
• Donation receipts and acknowledgement letters are sent digitally to the donor's registered email address.

• Digital receipts are sent via email within 24–72 hours of a confirmed donation.
• Hard copy receipts can be provided upon request.
• For any corrections or updates in donor information, please contact our support team.

If our organisation sends any physical materials such as event kits, certificates, books, handicrafts, or donor kits, the following timelines apply:

• Processing Time: 3–5 working days
• Delivery Time (Within India): 5–10 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• No shipping charges apply for donations or online sponsorships.
• If any physical item needs to be shipped, the shipping cost may be covered by the NGO or charged to the recipient, depending on the specific case.

• If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the donor, re-shipping charges may apply.
• Please ensure your address details are accurate to avoid delays.

• We currently do not offer international shipping for physical items.
• However, digital receipts and acknowledgements are sent worldwide via email.
